What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Householders seeking carpet, vinyl and LVT fitting describe a straightforward experience from first enquiry to finished floor. Quotes are repeatedly characterised as honest and clear, with customers noting that options were explained against the budget they had in mind, and that quotations were provided without charge, including when appointments were arranged at short notice. Dylan is named in several accounts and is described as knowledgeable about his trade, professional in manner and friendly throughout, with one customer mentioning that a supplier issue was handled professionally and that their satisfaction was checked along the way.

Punctuality and speed come up regularly, including an urgent small job fitted the same afternoon and larger work arranged around the customer over successive days. Tidiness is a recurring theme, with floors cleaned and left tidy after installation, and customers remarking that they were comfortable leaving the fitter to work unsupervised. The finished results cover carpet, vinyl and LVT, including a tricky staircase that was fitted successfully. Repeat bookings for further rooms and additional properties feature in the feedback, alongside customers passing the company's details to family and friends after the work was completed.
