Carpets 2 Go

I purchased a carpet some time ago now for my daughters room and remembered how brilliant the service was. The owner made the time to find and cut the carpet I needed at short notice, offered some helpful advice and included some free carpet spray as I was fitting it myself. All round, 5 stars.

It’s was seamless from entering the shop and getting advice through to the fitting of our new carpet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The fitters did a great job. They didn’t make any more mess than you would expect and cleared up after themselves. Our new carpet looks good and was fitted perfectly. We even had a follow up soon after its was fitted from the shop to make sure it was fitted to our satisfaction. Great job and will be using them again

Well what can i say Hanif fitted me at short notice i was doing long distance move so wasnt in the area at time. Hanif was so helpful choose perfect carpet for me had two bedrooms done excellent job done was well pleased with fitting and carpet. Just today had toilet bathroom and landing and stairs done lovely perfect job done again. Considering how hot it is espeacial upstair the gent done grand job. Thankyou Hanif and team many thanks hugs to you all. Highly recommend you will not be dissapointed.

Visited the store Saturday morning. Spoke with a very helpful and friendly young man who advised us on colours and quality of wood flooring. No hard sell and genuine advice. Fitting was offered for the following morning. Fitters arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently and tidily within the hour. Exceptional work and fabulous results. Very happy with the whole process.

From going into the store to having the living room carpet fitted was a good experience. I was able to take 2 sample books home to view in my living room and then as they weren't quite right I was able to swap them for more. When I finally decided on the carpet, someone came round to measure up. The next week I got a whatsapp to sort out a date for fitting, which went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with, from the guys in the shop, the one who came to measure and the fitters were all very nice and new what they were doing. I love my new carpet and will definitely use carpets to go again.

Carpets 2 Go:- Stairs and landing carpet fitted today. From sales, measuring and fitting cannot fault their service. This is my 3rd purchase from them and my experience as not dwindled.
