Cambridge Floor Sanding Ltd truly transformed my home. Roy's attention to detail was evident in every sanded and sealed floorboard, bringing out the natural beauty of the wood. I've had countless compliments, even a carpenter mistook them for new! I'm already planning my next project with them.

Worst company we have ever dealt with. They have left us with very bad work and been rude and avoidant. They came recommended for sanding floors so they came round to quote and while here suggested laying our reclaimed parquet to add extra insulation. Came months later to do the job as they were busy and took a long time to respond to emails. Then they spent three days on a job not completed and the 5 floor companies who have seen it all say it’s the worst workmanship they have ever seen and don’t know how any floor company would have done work this wrong or left a client with this situation. They have ruined our perfectly good original pine floorboards and our lovely reclaimed oak parquet. And have now ignored us for months leaving us with a room and hallway unusable. I couldn’t recommend avoiding them enough. Maybe use for a simple sand and seal but I would secure the expectations and products to be used in writing and not use for anything other than a simple job. We have bitumen everywhere including the used pots and brushes that I found left in our front garden. Thanks Roy. Six months from starting and we still don’t have a floor.
