Excellent service from start to finish. I chose my carpet on the Saturday and it was fitted by the following Friday. On the morning of fitting, I received a call that the carpet I'd ordered had a flaw, they could either reorder or supply an alternative for fitting to go ahead that day. As I'm local I popped over the shop and was more than happy with the alternative. Fitting was delayed by just a couple of hours. Fitting team were great, very efficient. We will most certainly use Broadway carpets again and recommend them.
Highly recommend staff in the shop are lovely and not just after your money and the fitters are fast and its done properly will be using to do the rest of the upstairs thank you
