Broadway Carpets & Flooring

Excellent service from start to finish. Fantastic selection to choose from, helpful and professional team who measured up and confirmed order. Excellent communication on delivery and appointment for fitting and Sean and Bobby the fitters were friendly, respectful and great attention to detail to ensure a perfect fit with the stair runner. Absolutely delighted and highly recommend

would highly recommend Sean and Bobby from Broadway Carpets. They were both professional, friendly, and polite throughout the entire fitting process. They arrived on time, called ahead when they were on their way, and worked efficiently to get the job done to a high standard. Their attention to detail and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. The carpets look fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Thank you, Sean and Bobby, for an excellent job!

Excellent service from start to finish. I chose my carpet on the Saturday and it was fitted by the following Friday. On the morning of fitting, I received a call that the carpet I'd ordered had a flaw, they could either reorder or supply an alternative for fitting to go ahead that day. As I'm local I popped over the shop and was more than happy with the alternative. Fitting was delayed by just a couple of hours. Fitting team were great, very efficient. We will most certainly use Broadway carpets again and recommend them.

Highly recommend staff in the shop are lovely and not just after your money and the fitters are fast and its done properly will be using to do the rest of the upstairs thank you

I would happily recommend Danny and his team at Broadway carpets & flooring to anyone looking for reliable carpet fitters. They were professional, efficient, and left everything neatly finished and tidy.
