Bristol Flooring Limited are an excellent company to deal with, from start to finish they were helpful and professional. There were two fitters, both hardworking, polite and friendly. The senior fitter worked out a way to fit the carpet without the need for a join. Then, when the existing underlay was uncovered he was impressed by the good condition it was in, and he gave me the option to keep it, thus avoiding the cost of brand new underlay. This honesty really impressed me, and resulted in a substantial refund (the cost of new underlay) which was handled in a prompt manner by the excellent office manager. Yes, I thoroughly recommend Bristol Flooring Ltd, for every aspect of buying a carpet or other flooring.

We couldn’t be happier with our new hall flooring. Russ was so professional and took such pride in his work and it really does show in the finish. We used Textures LVT in ‘Washed Oak’ herringbone. We’d highly recommend it!
I couldn’t be more pleased with our flooring from Bristol Flooring. Russell the fitter was absolutely brilliant and did such a fantastic job. He really went above and beyond and left the house nice and clean and tidy when he’d finished. We had our 3 upstairs bedrooms, landing and stairs carpeted and then herringbone LVT throughout the downstairs. We didn’t have to wait long for work to start after we’d chosen what we wanted. Really impressed and I would not hesitate in recommending Bristol Flooring. Thanks team!
