Extremely helpful from start to finish. Offered some great advice which flooring and what colours would go with my colour scheme and even got hold of sample boards for me to keep at my house over the weekend to make sure I was happy with my choice. Right at the start I told Steve I was very "particular" and wanted a top level job... That is exactly what I got! Charlie and Ben (flooring installers) were exceptional and spent a lot of time with me at the start of my install making sure the setting out of the herringbone was as I wanted. Very please with the work done by the fitters of this company. Went above and beyond and had a genuine care to do the job well. Great company to deal with and very pleased we picked them for our whole downstairs herringbone fit out. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product and the install.

The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and quickly. Great customer service. Fitters were also the best I have had. I will definitely be using them again in the future. I used Tapi previously and they were rubbish compared to these guys and I got better carpet at a better cost. I only have positive things to say for Avana Flooring. Highly recommended.

Second time I’ve used Avana and once again the service has been outstanding. Steve, as always, was a pleasure to deal with. He sourced the exact flooring I originally wanted, but also took the time to offer some more cost-effective, high-quality alternatives for me to consider too. In the end, I still chose the expensive stuff 😂 Really happy with the communication and booking process from start to finish. The fitters I’ve had on both jobs have been polite, respectful, tidy, and their workmanship is second to none. I honestly wouldn’t use any other flooring company now. Professional throughout and I’m super happy with the end result. Highly recommend!

Nice 👌 great floor, a lovely team. Nathan fitted and was very helpful, clean and good suggestions with our island trims.

We had oak laminate fitted yesterday all through lounge dining room and hallway by Nathan who has done an exceptional job. All old carpet was removed and dealt with moving furniture around before laying our new flooring. Absolute professional and we are thrilled with result. Highly recommend Avana Flooring:
