Acorn were booked in to do a complete bottom floor paint strip on the Sunday evening i got the dreaded phone call from Gary saying his crew was ill , i explained that 3 other trades were booked in straight after them , to my amazement he organised for his brother who also is a professional floor stripper to drive all the way down from Wales and they were both there first thing on the Monday morning and spent the next 2 days doing the most amazing job stripping and re-coating the whole area . It looks fantastic , Acorn went above and beyond customer care and were determined not to let me down , i just want to say a massive thank you to Gary and his brother , it's great to find a company that really does care about customer service . I have oak engineered flooring, looked very tired and yellowing. Acorn did a fantastic job sanded and re lacquered in Matt. Looks amazing. I didn't even have to dust after. Amazing . Very professional company , I can highly recommend them.
