AA Floors rescued my floorboards beyond expectations. There were rotten joists, woodworm destruction, missing boards, bad cuts, raised pipes, damaged boards and every other issue possible. Arnis and the AA team identified and addressed each issue and produced an amazing result. AA provided a really tailored experience and were very good value for money. I found Aa flooring on line, checked the reviews and gave Arnis a call. I've been a carpenter and builder for over 50 years and have worked with many flooring contractors in that time. I have to say that Arnis is better than all of the rest. His knowledge of flooring and finishing, plus his attention to detail is impressive! I know that I was very lucky to find him, as my job was not easy & would have frightened others away, but Arnis seemed to enjoy the challenge. 5 stars is not enough!!

Arnis offered an excellent service. He explained what he felt was best for the wood floors with demonstration on 2 areas. Unfortunately because of our short deadline and his holiday, he was not able to do the work himself but gave us detailed and clear instructions to do it ourselves. After having received several quotes from different floor restorers, we settled (very quickly in fact) on AA Floors to do the job for us. We were really impressed with Arnis's professionalism when he came round to do the assessment, and how thoroughly he inspected our floors and explained the process to us. He also gave us by far the most comprehensive breakdown of the work so that we knew exactly what we were paying for. Arnis and Boguslaw (I do hope I've spelt your name correctly!) arrived promptly at 8am each morning, exactly as they promised, and worked quickly and efficiently. (As a plus, they are also both lovely easygoing people with interesting stories about the places that their work has taken them to!). These guys are absolute professionals and, despite how speedily they got the job done (two days), they made sure to get every little detail as perfect as possible, and our thin, cheap, decades-old engineered wood floor, with its many scratches, dents, deep gouges and heavily worn areas, have now been miraculously transformed into something smooth, glossy and beautiful, worthy of a Beverly Hills show home - simply stunning, and we are delighted with our wonderful 'new' flooring. Thank you SO much - we will be recommending AA Floors to everyone we know!

Arnis and his team did an incredible job at repairing areas of my wood floor which had water damage following a flood. The communication throughout was excellent. They were efficent, on time and obviously cared about doing the job as well as they could - and it showed in the end result. Would highly recommend to all.

We have no hesitation in recommending AA floors on this site after extensive floor restoration to three rooms in our Victorian house. The detailed quotation followed after a thorough site visit. Arnis is an expert craftsman and extensive knowledge in how to bring life back to worn and damaged floors. The job was difficult and required patience and skill - structural stiffening, mending and piecing in of matching timber and the whole job was carried out with a high level of care and attention. We are delighted!

Arnis and Gintaras did an amazing job installing our engineered floor (this included subfloor preparation, cutting skirtings, recommending and installing acoustic underlay, recommending and installing oak engineered flooring, recovery of staircase previously under a carpet - sanding, oiling, etc.). This is the second time we've used Arnis in the last 5 years. 5 years ago he again did an awesome job helping us procure reclaimed wood flooring and then installing it. Arnis is exceptionally knowledgeable and patient and with impressive attention to detail. He takes time to assess current and future needs and provides all possible options without in any way imposing his opinions. He is very calm, agreeable and pleasant. Using his services has also saved us at least 1000 pounds for this job, as by carefully cutting skirtings (instead of replacing them) he is saving us a lot of money on paintwork.
