Lee and the team did a great job sanding our bedroom floor back to the original natural finish. We also had a couple repairs that needed attention and these were sorted without any issues. A fair price for an excellent job - will definitely be getting them back for any future rooms we need doing.
My solid oak floor restoration exceeded all my expectations. The floor had one really bad chemical stain which another firm said it would be impossible to remove and several badly worn and sun damaged area. The floor now looks better than it did new 15 years ago! I have not seen any one work as hard as Lee and his apprentice. Lee was extremely knowledgeable too and gave me some good tips about how to maintain the floor in the future. I just wish Lee would also turn his hand to plumbing, electrical work and decorating and all my problems would be solved.
Lee did a fantastic job sanding our floors, with assistance from Michael - a great team! We had just bought an Edwardian semi and wanted to expose the wooden floorboards that were hidden under the carpets, with polished boards. We were delighted with the result! Lee fixed the gaps from the floor boards we had to remove that were cracked or had old woodworm damage, replacing them carefully. The final result was amazing! The black staining around the edges was completely gone. We can now enjoy seeing the oiled floorboards beyond our rugs! Lee is considerate of our questions and knows what he’s talking about, explaining clearly the whole process. Lee is extremely hard working, as is Michael and they completed the task in the time he recommended, despite the challenge of replacing floorboards. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Great value for money.
I recently moved into a property and wasn't happy with the living room floor, so I got in touch with Lee about getting it restored. He came to survey it, explained what would need to be done, answered any questions I had, and gave me a quote within 15 minutes. The service I received from Lee was great from first contact to completing the job. The floor needed attention it was quite damaged but was returned to its original state after the work by Lee and his colleague they took great care and there was no mess at all not even a speck of dust for me to clean. Not only was the flooring superb the advice and expertise show how much they know about the job they do and also the outcome and customer satisfaction is a priority and I was always asked my opinions and what I wanted and also if I was happy with the job and I have to say I am more than happy a fantastic job and I would recommended them to anyone looking to have a wooden floor renovated.
