Carpet and LVT supply and fitting runs through the accounts of this Nottingham operation, where a fitter named Tom is repeatedly singled out by name. Customers describe bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, hallways, landings, stairs, a conservatory and a downstairs toilet all completed, with carpet, luxury vinyl tile and vinyl installations appearing across the feedback.

Several reviewers mention that Tom helped them choose the right product for a room and explained what the work would involve, including the price and the time needed. Reliability comes up often: he is described as punctual, quick to answer messages, professional in manner and friendly on site, and one customer notes that he has been booked again for further rooms. Tidiness is a recurring point, with floors levelled and prepared before fitting and no mess left behind afterwards.

The standard of the finished work is consistently described as high, and customers mention being pleased with the quality of the materials supplied as well as the fitting itself. Fair pricing is noted by more than one person, with the quotes given before the job matching what was expected. Repeat business appears in the feedback, including one household that has used the service several times for different rooms.
