Very happy with the work Jakob and Sebastian did on our Victorian living room and dining room floor. They levelled the slanted floor, woodworm-treated the joists, insulated and then sanded & finished the boards (including replacing some woodworm-damaged boards). The quote was very reasonable for the amount of work required, and I was encouraged by their good previous reviews. The work has been completed to a very high standard and they left no mess. I would strongly recommend them.

Sebastian and Jakob did a great job sanding, finishing and sealing the floors in my grade 2 listed house. This included going miles away to source Georgian wood (from a trusted supplier) to replace wood that was beyond repair. They also replaced joists and added under floor insulation. Hard working and professional. Old school. Highly recommended.

This Company Sanded the complete downstairs Parquet Flooring and have completed a superb job. I cannot speak too highly of their work and practices.

Having had the damp course, plastering and painting done our tired and battered floors took more of a beating. This father and son team did a fantastic job. The difference in the floors in our living room, hall and downstairs toilet is amazing and the quality of the work is higher than we expected. The process and timescales for each phase of the work was explained. We will be using The Old Flooring Company again in the future.
