The Floor Store

The Floor Store is a flooring fitter based in Belfast, trading since 1986 and with over 30 years in the business. The company sources all products directly from the manufacturer and sells engineered wood flooring, LVT flooring, laminate flooring, parquet flooring, slatwall panels, and flooring accessories. It has a network of experienced joiners who can fit floors, and it delivers to locations across the UK and Ireland. Finance is available with a 10% deposit.

This Newtownabbey flooring shop has built a reputation on the knowledge and approachability of its team, with Darren, Andy, Robbie and Trevor each named in feedback for patient, unhurried guidance. Customers frequently describe being helped to a decision within a single visit, including one who was looked after shortly before closing time. Laminate board flooring and LVT click vinyl appear among the products discussed, and the prices quoted are repeatedly described as competitive against other retailers the same shoppers had tried.

Reviewers often highlight the quality of the goods and the option to have an order held for collection at a later date. Alongside flooring, doors are supplied, and repeat business covering several rooms runs through the accounts. Installation carried out by fitters the company recommends is described as thorough and professionally done, with attention to detail noted. Friendliness and patience stand out as consistent themes, especially when customers arrive uncertain about which product suits their home. Laminate board flooring reappears as the choice that prompts return visits for further rooms.
