Simply Floor Sanding

Birmingham-based Simply Floor Sanding has built a reputation through customers who value thorough wood floor restoration carried out with care. A recurring theme across feedback is the expertise of Roy and his team, with several reviewers noting the depth of knowledge applied to restoring original floorboards and older parquet. Customers describe substantial repairs being completed effectively, including replacement of boards damaged by other trades, and results that make floors look newly laid.

Reliability and punctuality come up repeatedly, alongside clear communication before and after the work. Evaluation of pricing appears often: reviewers call the quotes fair and affordable, and some mention receiving competitive estimates without compromising on finish. Tidiness on site is another point that comes up often, with dust kept to a minimum and properties left clean on completion.

Friendly, professional conduct from Roy, Chris and the wider team is frequently highlighted, as is the care taken over details such as sanding and varnishing. Customers report being kept informed throughout, and the finished floors are described as transformed, whether the project involved a single room or a full house. Repeat business and referrals feature in comments, with clients saying they would use the company again for further flooring work.
