I am over the moon with my floors! Marcus is amazing! Polite, professional, respectful… no question is too much trouble to answer. Turned up on time, kept me updated on progress throughout the day, and even rescued my furniture in the unexpected rain! Cannot wait for him to do the rest of the house.

Marcus has done a fantastic job turning our front room from "landlord's favourite carpet" into a beautiful living space. He was so quick to reply, his communication throughout very clear and friendly. They came early in the morning and by the afternoon we had our original wooden floor expertly brought back to life. Marcus and his team have turned our dining room into a room we are now inspired to use and love. I am so impressed by Sandalwood. They deserve more than five stars! They sanded, repaired and varnished our downstairs flooring in two days. They arrived both mornings before agreed time, took the time to talk through what they were going to do and helped move heavy furniture. On the last day, I received a text message advising an appropriate time to return to the house that night which was very helpful. When we returned home, everything was spotless. There was no dust or mess left behind, only beautiful new floors. I highly recommend Sandalwood. They are professional, highly skilled, communication is fantastic and they deliver excellent results.
