Rees Carpets & flooring Services LTD

Rees Carpets & flooring Services LTD is a local, family-run flooring company based in Plymouth. The company has over 20 years of combined industry experience and over 10 years of experience. It specialises in LVT flooring, carpets and artificial grass, and stocks leading brands including Lifestyle, Kardean and Cormar. It undertakes specialist flooring projects including marine flooring, artificial grass installation, and larger commercial works.

Its service area spans Devon, Cornwall and parts of Somerset. It has worked on over 5000 home projects. It has supported community and charity work including Barnardo's and Paths. It offers free site visits, measuring and estimation services, and supplies and installs flooring for both domestic and commercial properties.

House moves and full-property carpet replacements feature prominently among the projects customers describe. Reviewers repeatedly mention the knowledge and vision the fitters bring to a job, with several praising the quality of the finished carpet and how comfortable it feels underfoot. Punctuality and reliability come up often: teams are described as efficient, polite and accommodating, arriving when expected and completing work in a timely manner. Clear pricing is another recurring theme, with customers characterising quotes as fair for the standard of finish delivered.

Tidiness is noted too, including the removal of old flooring and rooms left immaculate afterwards. Named members of staff such as Martin, Ben, Liam, Tommy, Marv and Jack are singled out for their friendly approach, their willingness to answer questions and the advice they give, particularly when previous self-levelling work by another contractor had caused problems. Communication from quotation through to fitting is described as strong, and reviewers mention that nothing seemed too much trouble. Work covers carpet fitting, floor levelling and LVT installation in homes and shops.
