Brilliant experience. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. We have used them for a number of rooms and flooring projects in recent years, and every time the staff have gone above and beyond and we've been extremely happy with the finished product. Would definitely recommend using them.

If I could give 6 stars I would.... only place I could find a particular Kardean flooring I wanted which I last bought in 2022! Good communication, good price, free delivery to Essex. Will be the first place I look next time.

We are currently building an extension and I came across Oak Flooring Direct as I just could not find flooring to match our existing floorboards anywhere else. I thought it was a long shot but asked if I could send a sample of my flooring to them to see if they had anything suitable. Within 2 days Katie had contacted me and I had a sample match in my hand! I had a lot of questions and Katie's responses were quick and clear so I had no hesitation to place the order (I did this on the Friday and it was delivered the following Wednesday!) Katie went above and beyond to track down the delivery as I had a concern that someone may not have been in to sign for it but with her help I was able to ensure someone was. I would not hesitate to use Oak Flooring Direct again and I think Katie is an absolute asset to the company! Give her a pay rise! 😆👏

I purchased the Karndean Knight Tile mid brushed oak flooring, it looks perfect and so much more expensive than it actually was. When i saw the price of this on line with Oak Flooring i couldnt believe they were a real company, absolute bargain! I had to ring to confirm they were the real deal. Katie at Oak Flooring was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she also managed to arrange super fast delivery. As the flooring looks so good and at a brilliant price i have purchased it for the whole of the downstairs. Thanks Oak Flooring.

From start to finish I was incredibly impressed with the service and quality of the flooring we received from Katie and the team. At the start there was no sales pressure - just excellent and friendly advice. As we progressed the communication was top notch and everyone was really flexible to get the floor done by the date we preferred. The installation process was smooth and professional. And most importantly we are left with a new wooden floor that looks amazing and that we love! Would whole heartedly recommend this local company if you want the same. :-)
