Excellent job by Lewis and the team at Concept Carpets & Flooring. Friendly, professional people and the carpet looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and great service.

I went in looking for a specific piece of beading and, luckily, they had exactly what I needed — and even better, it was their very last one. Ellis was incredibly helpful and kindly gave it to me as a gesture of goodwill. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and friendly attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Excellent customer service. Lewis who looked us was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walked in. He was knowledgeable, took the time to answer our questions, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was genuinely interested in helping rather than being pushy. A real credit to the business – highly recommended.

The team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. The carpet has been fitted perfectly, with a neat and flawless finish that has completely transformed the look of my staircase. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and they left everything clean and tidy when the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality carpets and expert fitting. Thank you for a fantastic job!
