James Ayres Flooring

I would not recommend James Ayres Flooring. Communication throughout the job was very poor and the after-service has been non-existent. The wrong tiles were laid initially and the job was left half finished because they ran out of tiles. Originally I wanted a chequered pattern, but due to the issues I agreed for them to simply finish the office using the same tile already installed just to get the job completed. They then returned with the wrong colour tiles, which caused further delay. It took another week for them to come back and complete the job. There were no apologies, only blame placed on their supplier. To make matters worse, the quality of the materials appears poor. Only a couple of months later the tiles already look worn and tired. Overall a very frustrating experience and not the standard of service or quality I expected.

Very pleased with the service and communication. Myself had to reschedule twice or even three times. They were very understanding. The carpets quality is supreme. Definitely recommend

Chris was amazing - helping me with all my flooring needs. Carpets upstairs and herringbone LVT in my living room. Both jobs were done in a day, and the fitters were very nice and professional. Will definitely use James Ayres flooring again! Thank you!
