Fantastic work and finish from Ainsley. I asked for herringbone flooring and I got exactly that, no gaps, beautiful finish and excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Full rip up of our current flooring following a leak, replaced with new herringbone waterproof flooring. Can’t recommend these lads enough, kept us updated throughout and took everything out of hands arranging skip etc. Quality service from start to finish.

**Refrain from utilising this company’s services.** While I wholeheartedly support local small businesses, I strongly advise AGAINST USING Heritage Flooring. I found them to be extremely unprofessional and unreliable! Unfortunately for the company, I am not the first customer who they have left extremely unhappy as seen in their reviews. In December 2024, I hired Ainsley and Will to install flooring. They assured me that they would address any dips in the wooden subfloor with wedges and level the hard subfloor using self-levelling compound. Originally scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, the job was anticipated to take two days as quoted by Ainsley. However, it was subsequently postponed to Tuesday and Wednesday, which I accepted as an exception. On Tuesday, I received a message indicating that they would arrive in the evening due to an ongoing out-of-town job. They arrived at 6:00 PM and spent approximately 30 minutes installing plywood over one of 3 rooms subfloor but failed to secure any wedges where necessary. The following day, they failed to show up due to childcare issues. I arrived at the property on Thursday with a hot lunch and found it completely empty, devoid of any sign of their presence. I had contacted Ainsley twice that morning to confirm they would be coming to continue the job, but I did not receive any responses. I later received a brief message stating that they would not be able to come. Upon further inquiry, it sounded like Ainsley was extremely hungover. I was deeply disappointed by their lack of professionalism and disregard for my needs. They rushed the job on Friday and Saturday, resulting in an unsatisfactory finish. The flooring exhibited silicone smudges, missing and loose beading, and significant cracks where the subfloor was not levelled correctly. Will attended the property a month later to inspect the flooring and attributed the damage to the window fitters’ foot traffic on the self-levelling compound. However, the flooring should have been completed much earlier than the window fitters’ arrival. Their absence was the primary cause of the delay. Will informed me that he would return to complete the job and suggested that I purchase Fix-a-floor compound, which I did. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Ainsley over the past three weeks, he has consistently disregarded my messages and calls. I was happy to accommodate any times I was available and even offered to leave work early to be home around Ainsley and Will’s time, however, Ainsley never responded and came back to my home. For a person who states he values his customer, this unfortunately has not been shown. As a result, I am left with flooring that has numerous cracks and dips, rendering it unsatisfactory and left unresolved.

Had an Oak Floor fitted by Ainsley and Will in October 2023 . The oak flooring we purchased was ordered via the company recommended by them . All I can say is that the oak floor looks fantastic and that we have not had any problems at all either with the fitting or the flooring.

Had my lounge and hallway laminated. Ainsley and Will took up my carpet and fitted did a lovely job and very nice polite lads. Love my flooring good quality and very tidy workers. So pleased with it thank you lads. 😊

Really disappointed. We had some laminate put down, and it's creaked really loudly since day 1. I text the guys about this immediately, and was told it would settle over the next few days. 6 months later and it was still no better. I tried to arrange the lads coming round to have a look, and after 20 or so requests, there has still been no luck. Eventually got a text back saying that the underlay we had would be the most likely cause. If this was the case, why wasn't this mentioned immediately after, when I first text regarding the issue? We are now left with a floor that needs completely redoing as it's so loud, that even the dog walking on it in the night wakes us up. -- In response to your reply. That is complete nonsense. We bought the flooring and underlay, and you didn't mention a single thing about the underlay not being fit for purpose. The flooring was laid in November, I text you approximately 20 times in the months after, and your first mention of the underlay being an issue was in June. And it's a complete lie that you haven't heard back from me, I can attach an image of the text exchange if you'd like?
