HBC floor sanding

If you need your old wooden floors restored to their former glory i would 100% recommend HBC. The transformation from a tired old dark coloured oak parquet to a stunning wax oiled natural oak was amazing to see. Great work very clean tidy and professional.

From coming out to measure up and share a quote, Adam offered top tier services! My living room floor has been completely transformed into a new look and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! The turn around was very quick and completely mess free. He gave a few options regarding how light the orangey-looking floor could go and helped recommend what would look best. I also had a beam for above the fire place that needed staining and he kindly stained it too. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable! Adam did a beautiful and very thorough, precise job in sanding and staining our wooden stairs in a way that brought out the grain and then matched the stairs to the darker beams of the banisters and ceiling beams. He was recommended to us and we were very happy with the result.

Had a three quotations to refurbish my oak kitchen floor, from local companies, and went with HBC Floor Sanding, due to the great reviews, and guidance Adam gave me when he came to quote the works. My kitchen floor was worn, orange and had a number of areas which had black stains from the chemicals and wear over time. I was advised that some of them may not be completely removed during the process, but HBC Floor Sanding were able to remove virtually all of them. We wanted a more natural wood look rather than the orange colour it was, so I was offered a few options, and am really happy with the results. The process took 2 days, and there was no mess or excessive dust during and after the works were completed each day. Over all, I am completely happy with the workmanship, and results, and would definitely recommend HCB Floor Sanding, to anyone requiring their wooden floors refurbishing.

A big thanks to Adam who did a brilliant job on our floors - we’re very happy. We had a bit of a DIY nightmare with the machine damaging the block parquet and Adam managed to rescue it with the damage now unnoticeable. Adam is a true professional of his industry, he did a fantastic job on our victorian flooring. They were in quite a state before he arrived but he has brought them back to life beyond what I thought was possible. Highly recommended

Adam did a fantastic job on our bedroom floors, cannot fault him. He filled holes, smoothed off a floorboard that had been cut badly by a previous workman and gave us advice on how to sort out any future scuffs. He was really quick, no dust anywhere and the floors look incredible. Not only that but he is a really lovely, trustworthy guy. Always a little nervous as a woman having workmen in the house when you don’t know them and I felt really at ease with Adam. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
