Southampton-based Harris & Hiscock Ltd has built a reputation through flooring work that ranges from domestic carpet and Karndean fitting to commercial contracts involving wall cladding, raised flooring and even the conversion of a unit into a clean room with white rock panelling. A point that comes up often in feedback is the company's reliability: customers describe teams arriving when promised, quoting promptly and completing jobs to the agreed schedule. The speed of installation is repeatedly praised, whether for multiple floors and offices or for stairs, landings, bedrooms and passageways.

Reviewers highlight the professionalism and friendliness of the fitters, noting that nothing seemed too much trouble and that some even helped move furniture. Tidiness is another recurring theme, with remarks about no mess and no fuss. Several customers mention the standard of advice from pricing through to aftercare, and one describes the work as transforming their home. Competitive pricing and quality workmanship appear regularly, as does the willingness to go the extra mile. Carpets, Karndean and commercial flooring all feature in accounts of completed projects.
