GJP Floor Sanding

We had GJP refurbish our 60’s parquet floor in our hall and lounge. Excellent service from initial enquiry through to payment. Both Glyn and Luke were very professional, friendly and helpful, super impressed with their level of communication, expert advice and most of all the care taken over the work done. Luke and Finn did the work (sanding, gap filling and application of several coats of commercial grade lacquer), they made our parquet floor look like new, what an amazing result. It was done with good attention to detail and to a high standard. They even managed to make a feature out of our 2 different coloured woods. Just a fire hearth to add in now. Thanks so much GJP. Professional job from start to finish. My restored pine floorboards (sanded & varnished) are like a whole new floor. Very happy with the quality of work and I was left with no mess or damage. Highly recommended.

We used GJP again, having previously sanded our floors in our last house. They did both upstairs and down. Luke and Sam did a really fantastic job: staining our old boards and bringing them up to a beautiful shine. It has really transformed the house. We moved on a few months back and it now feels like a proper home. The guys were friendly, helpful and worked really hard to produce a great end result. I would definitely recommend them .

I telephoned Glyn at GJP after having had a disastrous experience with another sanding floor company. . He was delightful and incredibly helpful. By luck he had a cancellation the following week and the boys arrived super promptly on the arranged day and were so polite, so helpful and did the most wonderful job. I wanted give them a tip but they didn’t want it as they felt so sorry that I’d had such an awful experience before. I have just booked them to do my living room and dining room! Highly recommended! GJP Floor Sanding have done an excellent job restoring the very old Victorian pine floors in my hallway and living room, including repairs, filleting of gaps between boards and sanding, priming and lacquering. I am delighted with the results! I was also very impressed with the excellent 'customer service' before, during and after completion the work!
