Flooring Superstore

Called into the Ipswich store yesterday just to have a look as we weren't sure what we wanted or where to buy from. We were greeted by Jerse (sorry if I misspelled his name) who was so friendly but in no way pushy. He let us browse and was immediately available to answer any questions we had and offer (not push) advice. He was a top salesman! Knowledgeable, friendly, funny and an all round great guy. Just the sort of sales person you want! We placed our order and walked away happy customers, happy with the price, happy with the products and happy with the service 😁😁😁

Gareth was extremely helpful, we came in for a browse and got everything we needed! Update: since original review we have ordered an extra bit of nosing to finish off our flooring. Delivery was expected today, no update other than being told the delivery should be there by now but it hasn’t turned up.

Shocking customer service! We have ordered laminate flooring in March with well delayed collection for July - 4 months of waiting! Then got a call that they are ready to collect. My husband travelled long way in the afternoon only for the shop to be closed even though it should be opened and another lady with kids was in the same situation second day in the row. No one answers calls! My husband visited store again today and the same situation!!! He had to call the shop in another city so they could get a hold of someone to come temporary and my husband will have to travel there for the 3rd time tomorrow without guarantee that he will get out order! There is certainly something wrong with this company, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s due for closure if the store is closed all the time!

This store is not open for almost 2weeks. There is no contact to anyone, no one knows what's going on. My floor worth over £600 is "unknown" and I can't collect it. I was waiting outside the store today meeting with other customers with the same situation. Be aware and don't buy anything from here. If you're not sure, come to the store and you will see it's closed without anyone even opening the store as per conversation with the people work around. P.s. Someone destroyed the charging point outside the store with exposed live wire, this place must not be maintained for quite a while. I have reported this to the council.
