Excellent service from start to finish. The floor restoration work has completely transformed the property and the attention to detail was outstanding throughout. The upholstery cleaning was equally impressive. Sofas and carpetscame up far better than expected, with stains and marks removed that we thought were permanent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for high quality floor restoration or upholstery cleaning services.

Richard did an amazing job deep cleaning and essentially bringing our kitchen stone floor and lounge oak floor back to their original glory. Richard is a true professional, polite, knowledgeable, punctual and diligent. I almost wish I had more floors for him to attend to!! I can highly recommend Floor Restore; a fantastic company! This is our third time using them, the first couple of times were to bring back to life a reclaimed floor that we put into the entire bottom of our house. The effects were transformative, Richard cleaned and then oiled, taking them from dirty and dull to glossy and healthy. Just recently he came to clean and seal bathroom terrazzo tiles and bathroom encaustic tiles. To clean our back hall porcelain tiles and clean and polish marble entrance hall tiles. We’ve had builders in for a year doing renovation works and the tiles have all taken the brunt, now however everything is glistening and looks like new again. Richard and Lucy are a great team, efficient, reliable with great communication and knowledge - you’re in safe hands if you use them!

Richard worked tirelessly to totally restore our limestone flooring. They looked incredible afterwards - like new! He’s an absolute perfectionist. We’ve got quite a few dogs and so we’ve already booked our next clean for 2023!
