Would highly recommend for their stellar customer service and seamless purchasing process. As someone who is new to home ownership and renovations I wasn't quite sure what to expect or what to ask for, and Dan walked me through the entire process and helped me find everything I was after. Very impressed with the savings I managed to make with Dan's guidance on choosing the best options and taking advantage of their in-store discounts, and the finance options were great. Looking forward to going to them again in the future!

These guys are conmen....although the laminate is good...the customer service is abysmal...they encourage you to buy more packs then you need...they say you can return any unopened packs....but they dont tell you that you have to return them in 30 days...which is a con....so i am stuck with a very expensive pack which i will never need....the shop assistant (Joe)....told me to sell it on Facebook!!!....pure class....

Laura was very helpful! Rang at 14:00 and she had the quote to me by 14.30! She helped with sending me actual pictures of the flooring I was interested in and also re did a few quotes without any hassle!. Purchased by 18:00 and delivery is due soon! Also the emailing team Shauna was very good and quick response! Thank you

Well that was easy….. it was nice to look round a store and not be pushed. I had to go and ask for help as there was loads to choose from. Jordon was really helpful and was accommodating with the budget I had. Not had the fitting yet, but I’m feeling at ease with that, Jordon explained the process very well.
