Very quick turnaround - got our floor installed within two weeks. Easy communication and a quality job! You can probably find a cheaper deal, but if you need it done soon and at good quality, I’d highly recommend them! EDIT: Initially a 5-star review. However, they never installed a trim between the floor and garden doors, leaving an ugly gap. Unsuccessfully tried to have them complete the job for two months, then hired someone else to do it. Make sure they complete the job before you pay!

We've just had new flooring installed by Derby Flooring Specialists and can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Liam's knowledgeable and friendly approach ensured that the process was smooth and stress-free. We were advised that the quality of the existing floor was very poor and therefore extra work may be required. We were given two quotes to cover worse case scenario so there were no nasty surprises when the final bill was presented. In fact, we ended up paying slightly less than the original quote. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional. The flooring was installed by Paul and has completely transformed the space. Paul's knowledge of all things flooring was of great assistance throughout, including how to clean the floor in the long term. Everything was left clean and tidy and Liam conducted a site visit the next day to ensure that the work was up to spec. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused flooring company, look no further. I'll definitely be turning to them for any future flooring projects!

I am so very glad I found this company. I'm thrilled with the quality of the work done by Colin Blount. He expertly screeded the floor of my large bathroom and then laid the luxury sheet vinyl with skill and care. Apart from his evident mastery of technique - fantastic work making the necessary join almost invisible - Colin was a pleasure to have around. Courteous and good humoured, it was clear he takes pride in his work. Plus he was tidy! Liam Taylor was responsive to my initial enquiry, and helpful when I asked subsequent questions, and the organisation of the job and the admin went smoothly. Altogether a brilliant and genuinely 5 star service.

Derbyshire flooring were recently hired via the flooring manufacturer to replace flooring in our kitchen as the previous floor had failed under warranty. The works were communicated effeciently and Colin who fitted the floor did an excellent job. The new flooring looks great, and he worked efficiently to complete the project. Overall, they were professional and courteous throughout the process. While the work was satisfactory, there were a couple of minor details that could have been improved but this was down to the type of flooring and nothing significant that affected the overall result. If you're looking for a reliable person for flooring replacement, I would recommend Colin and Derbyshire flooring. Their work is solid, and they're committed to getting the job done right.
