We are very pleased with the service we received. The salesperson at the store was very helpful and informative and we were pleased with the product we chose which arrived on time The fitter, Gary, was very helpful indeed , especially as we were unable to move appliances ourselves. He was able to repair underlying problems exposed when the old flooring was removed. The work was finished to a good standard and looks great and we feel confident that any issues that subsequently appear will be resolved promptly. We would recommend this company to anyone considering a new floor,

City Wood Floors have organised an excellent installation of our new kitchen and hallway floor. The communication with them was, at all times, very good. From Simon's visit to survey the space, through liaising with Matt and Dan, and Dan's careful and prompt delivery, and right up to Andrew and Willis' installation, everything has gone smoothly. Andrew and Willis have done an exceptional job which was within the estimated time frame and under budget. It wasn't a stretch at all to have them in the house as they are constantly attentive, polite and considerate. And their professionalism when it came to the job itself was faultless. Any issue was seen as a challenge rather than a problem. And all the challenges were met with really sensible and sometimes very clever solutions. The finished result is a delight. We have no hesitation recommending Andrew and Willis and we are looking forward to seeing them when they return for the next phase of our project.

We could not be happier with our beautiful engineered oak floor. Andy and Willis did an incredible job fitting the new floor on what was a very uneven sub-floor; they were real perfectionists and a pleasure to have in our home for two weeks. The process from ordering through to completion was pretty seamless and we even got a substantial refund on unused materials which enabled us to order some new internal doors (also from City Wood Floors). Cannot recommend highly enough.

City Wood Floors, Great showroom, staff friendly and very knowledgeable, Mat gave lots of good and sensible advice. Opted for a re-sanding service, Andy was excellent all done in a week. Floor looks a amazing, we’re very happy with it.

Amazing company. The floors are the one thing in my flat that everyone who visits comments on Simon and co are extremely responsive, their products are of the highest quality and their work ethic is incredible. I was given an initial quote, and when the job was finished, they told me that they used less material than what was expected, so ended up refunding me a decent amount. They didn't have to do that, and could have easily pocketed the extra cash. They finished the room in less than 4 days and the installers they work with are perfectionists. Couldn't recommend them more highly! No wonder I came back to them three times already.
