Amazingly quick turnaround for a small carpet-less room in my new flat. The installation guy was an absolute calm legend who dealt with my naff property access issues really well.

The whole experience of changing two large areas of floor plus toilet was made so much easier by the fantastic staff at Carpet Warehouse Swindon. From the minute we stepped in the door we were met with help and kindness. To the gentleman who came out to measure our floor and the amazing Lee who fitted the LVT, professional and kind. Hard working and then he stayed beyond finishing time to get the job done and make sure that everything looked great. Mark and the team were great, home measure went well, no messing around, I couldn't find better prices. The fitters they used were wonderful. Dedicated professionals and honest. They did a great stitch and I dont know how they got the 5m x 7m carpet up the stairs. Good company this one based on my experience.

Went there for new carpets and found that they are great value for money, the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful and have a great sense of humour. They were brilliant and made it an enjoyable time there. Would have given them six stars if it was possible.
