4.6 / 5 · 127 totalCarl, one of the sales staff, was really knowledgeable when I visited the store on Friday 7 August. It turned out he couldn't sell the product to me as the store doesn't deliver nationwide but still he was extremely helpful and generous with his time. I was impressed.
Fantastic company, the experience from start to finish , customer service 10/10, sales staff were very professional and helpful when choosing the right flooring for our home. Would definitely recommend
So happy with my new flooring, professional from start to finish. Carl explained all the options and helped me choose the flooring. I would highly recommend them. Hugh showroom too, plenty of choice.
I would strongly urge anyone considering this flooring company to avoid them. The initial installation was done incorrectly, which was bad enough. They then sent a second fitter to fix the issue, but he made things significantly worse. The entire floor had to be ripped up again, and during this process my architraves and doors were damaged. To make matters even more frustrating, this fitter then stopped turning up altogether and became unreachable. When I contacted the company, I was told he had effectively gone AWOL. This meant more delays, more disruption, and no resolution. They then sent a third set of fitters, who openly admitted how poor the previous work had been. However, they were industrial fitters rather than suitable for domestic work, so they were not the right people for the job either. This only added more wasted time and inconvenience. Despite all of this, the company is now refusing to take responsibility for the damage caused to my property or cover the cost of repairs. The lack of customer service is appalling. There has been no accountability, no proper resolution, and no effort to put things right after multiple failures on their part. Overall, this has been a stressful, drawn-out, and costly experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We had our new bedroom carpet fitted yesterday. It’s been a great experience, from our visit to choose and buy the carpet to confirming the size with a home visit, and getting the carpet fitted by 2 most excellent fitters. The whole experience has been seamless. Everybody involved were super friendly yet professional. I can’t recommend CW Jones enough. Thank you guys!
The team at C W Jones were fantastic and a really lovely, efficient job was done replacing the carpets on my stairs and landing. The price was very reasonable, and a quote honoured months after it was given. The end result feels, and looks, very nice indeed. Communication was brilliant throughout, with all emails and phone calls answered promptly, and a follow-up check in sent a few days after the job was done. I felt well looked-after.
